Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of event concepts.

· Actively work on 3D event design concepts and renderings, both individually and with team support.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and helping shape the creative direction of our events.

· Develop detailed, creative, and visually stunning 3D designs that bring event concepts to life.

· Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure event designs meet and exceed expectations.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

· Communicate effectively with both English and Arabic-speaking clients and team members.

Requirements:

· Proven experience working in the events industry is mandatory, with a strong portfolio showcasing events designs and creative direction.

· Experience in leading a design team with strong leadership and project management skills.

· Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

· Strong conceptual and creative design skills.

· Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic.

· Ability to manage time effectively, working to tight deadlines and ensuring quality output.

· A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
