• Greet and seat customers, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Restock and refill supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and cleanliness.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
