Job Summary
We are hiring one of our clients. The primary focus of this role is ensuring smooth administrative operations and compliance within the company. This role involves managing legal and corporate documentation, coordinating with banks and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Board Members in administrative and logistical matters
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of corporate reports and presentations
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
- Manage the company’s official records including corporate filings, legal documents
- Manage legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and shareholder resolutions
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Handle KYC processes for clients, investors, and partners
- Address shareholder queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial or administrative role
- Preferable industry experience in corporate services professional, investment or law
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Russian is a plus.
