Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel is looking for a professional and organized Hotel Secretary with proven experience in the hospitality industry. If you have a strong background as a hotel secretary and are a graduate, we want to hear from you. In this key administrative role, you will help ensure smooth operations within our hotel while providing exceptional service to both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to hotel management and staff.
  • Manage and organize hotel schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including managing logistics.
  • Prepare and process various reports, invoices, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for hotel records and documents.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Ensure effective communication between hotel departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain office inventory and handle ordering supplies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a hotel secretary or in a similar administrative role in the hospitality industry.
  • Graduate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
