Sidra Home Healthcare Center is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via calls and other communication platforms.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to flexible work schedules.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or background is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data entry, call centers, or customer service.
  • Must be immediately available to join.
