Sidra Home Healthcare Center is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via calls and other communication platforms.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to flexible work schedules.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or background is a plus.
- Prior experience in data entry, call centers, or customer service.
- Must be immediately available to join.
