Job Description
- Scanning identification documents and updating guest profiles on the Dubai police website during check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Matching PMS in-house reports with CID reports, maintaining guest privacy and data security.
- Professionally handling guest communication, addressing queries politely, and exceeding expectations.
- Maintaining effective communication with all departments for smooth service delivery and adherence with standards.
- Ensuring proper switchboard operations, wake-up call delivery, and message handling for guests and management.
- Staying updated on hotel services, guest profiles, and local knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Coordinating with the Front Office and other departments as required and performing other assigned duties
