We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily laundry operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all laundry services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, timeliness, and efficiency while managing a team of laundry staff.

JOB LOCATION – FUJAIRAH

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including production reports and maintenance logs.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and quality, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate laundry staff performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of laundry equipment.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest laundry requests professionally and efficiently.
