Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Manager & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our cutting-edge CRM platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, gathering and analyzing user requirements, designing intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Product Management:

* Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CRM.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

* Gather and analyze user requirements through surveys, interviews, and user testing.

* Prioritize features and create detailed product specifications.

* Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and successful product launches.

* Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.

* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

UI/UX Design:

* Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the CRM.

* Focus on user experience and workflows.

* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

* Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.

* Ensure consistency in design across all platforms.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.

* 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

* Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.

Bonus Points:

* Experience with Agile development methodologies.

* Knowledge of CRM systems and industry best practices.

* Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
