Full job description
· Attend to incoming customer calls, on WhatsApp or phone number, greet pleasantly, answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
· Read and acquire up to date knowledge on massage therapies provided by the company.
· Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, Prices, packages, advice customer on suitable therapies and close sales and achieve sales targets.
· Advice customers on availability, make bookings and allocate bookings to therapists and drivers.
· Maintain customer records and update customer information in the excel sheets and keep customer information up to date.
· Manage WhatsApp communication with client and staff, for customer support and daily operations.
· Actively follow up with existing clientele to drive success, maintain relationships, retain loyalty, and generate repeat business.
· Advice customers on current marketing promos etc.
· Upsell / cross-sell where possible and use WhatsApp/email as a marketing tool to generate repeat sales.
· Send booking information to drivers and manage their movement.
· Coordinate with Therapist / Driver / Customer, for bookings, ETAs etc.
· Complete bookings on the Fresha app or the sales excel sheet as appropriate, on daily basis.
· Talk to customers and ask for feedback, complete google review targets.
· Ask for customer feedback, to check if the therapists have followed company standards and procedures.
· Send refund/return policies to all customers buying packages.
· Make sure therapists fill in the consultation forms for all new customers.
· Follow up, complete and reconcile payments from the customers on a daily basis. Non compliance may lead to financial losses to the company, and the company may decide to withhold renumeration until payments are cleared with the customer.
· Maintain company vehicle repairs and maintenance records.
· Maintain staff details and records, including ID copies, contact information, Visa Status etc.
· Prepare and maintain staff skills matrix.
· Maintain Staff leave records, including leave applications.
· Maintain staff timesheets, including time-in, time-out and OT as the case may be, on daily basis.
· Conduct induction for new recruits and complete the induction form for every employee.
· Coordinate with freezone authority for license / Staff visa related activities delegated to you.
