Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator – Holiday Homes
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000

Job Description:

We are hiring urgently – immediate joining for a female Customer Service Coordinator to join our Holiday Homes team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest experiences and facilitating communication between various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest bookings and communication, including check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure apartments are ready for guests.
  • Handle bookings via platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal; bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Be a quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
  • Female candidates only.

Salary: AED 4,000 per month
