We are looking for a receptionist cum admin assit for an Interior fitout company in Dubai. Language English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the reception area, and welcoming clients.
- Responsible for writing, editing, and updating listings to emphasize the home’s features and key selling points.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Managing client leads, databases, and inquiries.
- Vendor bill entries
- Assist accounts and projects
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and terminology is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
