We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual female Customer Service & Order Coordinator with strong computer skills and experience in fashion e-commerce. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage online orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Process and coordinate online orders efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain and update product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with inventory management and order tracking.
- Provide exceptional service to build customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in computer applications and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and online retail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Previous experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus.
