Job Description

  • Consulting, customer care after sales.
  • Receive and answer customer questions and complaints about orders and products on the Company’s official online channels (Facebook, Amazon and e-commerce platforms).
  • Monitor and handle feedback and complaints promptly, report to superiors in case they cannot be handled.
  • Close sales if there is time (receive commission on total revenue according to company policy)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Experience

  • Priority is given to candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a similar position or who have worked in the fashion industry.
  • Can accommodate rotating shifts.
