Job Title: Secretary (Arabic & English) with Driving License

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Secretary fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the flexibility to handle various administrative tasks. A valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Handle phone calls and emails in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and errands as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Drive to meetings or complete official errands when required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Age: Maximum 29 years old.
