Job Description


Joining the heart & soul of our Hotel team, our Housekeeping Department carries out allocated general cleaning duties, aiming and achieving high standards of cleanliness and presentation for the rooms and public areas of the Hotel. As well as making sure our rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean and comfortable, we also provide efficient, friendly and professional service in all our interactions to make our guests feel welcome and cared for.

Your duties as a Housekeeping Attendant includes:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.
  • Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression.
  • Re-stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee etc.
  • Providing friendly, approachable and professional relationships with our guests.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous Housekeeping experience in resort or hotel in UAE is preferred.
  • High cleaning standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow and develop within a supportive hotel team.
  • Flexible and open to work a rotating roster
