Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and prepping ingredients.
- Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as directed by chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
- Assist in plating and preparing simple dishes as needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
