Key Responsibilities:

  • Student & Parent Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries and managing admissions.
  • Faculty Support: Assist in scheduling classes, coordinating with teachers, and ensuring smooth academic operations.
  • Attendance & Records Management: Maintain student and faculty attendance, class schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Infrastructure & Facility Management: Ensure classrooms and study spaces are well-maintained and equipped.
  • Exam & Test Management: Help in organizing tests, assessments, and result dissemination.
  • Marketing & Outreach Support: Assist in conducting workshops, events, and promotional activities.
  • Technology & LMS Management: Train in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools for student engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduates with a degree in Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
