CAS is looking for a well experienced MALE production manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of abayas. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have a deep understanding of production procedures. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

Requirements:

A full-time MALE production manager at CAS factory.

Able to manage production.

Able to assign jobs to the tailors.

Minimizing wastage of fabrics and materials.

Increasing overall efficiency of the production.

Able to meet production targets set by the management.

Reducing the cost of each abaya.

Having an optimum check on the quality and standards of the abaya.
