Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of stewards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsEnsure that all areas are maintained in a clean and orderly mannerMonitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operationsCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest requests and special ordersEnforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygieneConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulationsHandle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerTrain and mentor new stewards, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roleCollaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and activities on boardQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industryExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesKnowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in the hospitality industryAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluency in English, both written and verbalFlexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
