Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Provide information about available properties, services, and office policies.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk area is well-stocked.
- Assist the sales and management teams as needed with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
