Mukbang Shows Restaurant is the number one Korean BBQ restaurant in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offering an authentic all-you-can-eat dining experience. With three successful branches and two new locations opening soon, we are expanding and looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee our growing business.

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our three existing branches while supporting the launch of two new locations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage restaurant operations, streamline processes, maintain high service standards, and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three existing branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Support and manage the opening of two new branches, ensuring smooth setup and execution
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all branches
• Monitor restaurant performance, analyze financial reports, and optimize costs and revenue
• Train, mentor, and support restaurant managers and staff to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Handle customer feedback and implement service improvements
• Work closely with marketing and management to drive customer engagement and sales growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in multi-branch management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in launching and managing new restaurant openings
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
