Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to maintain stock and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Analyze financial reports, optimize profitability, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement initiatives that attract and retain customers.
  • Address customer feedback and maintain high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management and financial software.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Korean cuisine and culture is a plus!
