Role Overview
ARNN Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Personal Assistant to the company President to provide comprehensive executive support. The ideal candidate will act as a key coordinator and facilitator, ensuring smooth collaboration between the company President and various teams within the organization.
This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to track multiple ongoing projects, and a commitment to follow-ups to ensure timely execution of business strategies. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for monitoring tasks assigned by the company President to different departments, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Operational Support
- Oversee and streamline daily business operations, ensuring all activities are aligned with the President’s strategic vision.
- Assist in the execution of business initiatives, helping to implement strategies across multiple industries.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and business proposals for internal and external meetings.
- Work closely with the President and senior management to support key business decisions.
- Conduct research and compile data to provide insights that support business planning and operational improvements.
2. Follow-Up & Execution
- Act as a central point of communication between the President and various company departments, ensuring clear directives and smooth workflow execution.
- Assign and track tasks delegated by the President to team members across fashion, jewelry, e-commerce, furniture, retail, and other sectors.
- Monitor progress on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met through continuous follow-ups.
- Provide real-time updates to the President on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
- Proactively remind and prompt department heads and team members about outstanding tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication, ensuring alignment between office, store, warehouse, and leadership teams.
- Escalate delays or bottlenecks to the President and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
