Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with clients, and promote property listings. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Promote property listings and schedule viewings.
  • Provide accurate property details and assist with inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and UAE property market trends is a plus.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
