Key Responsibilities:
- Able to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Able to participate in creating strategies to increase positive guest reviews.
- Maintain and monitor guest service standards, ensuring exceptional hospitality.
- Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure the front desk is properly staffed at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or holiday home environment.
- Proficient in hotel management software and office tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A calm and composed demeanor during high-stress situations.
