Front Office Shift Leader

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Shift Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Able to participate in creating strategies to increase positive guest reviews.
  • Maintain and monitor guest service standards, ensuring exceptional hospitality.
  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the front desk is properly staffed at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or holiday home environment.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and office tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A calm and composed demeanor during high-stress situations.
