Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to implement strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to maximize performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Prepare sales reports and present key insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales as a manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools (Zoho specifically)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid real estate license & driving licence.
