Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Highmoon Office Furniture, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our high-quality office furniture solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand growth and awareness.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably in the office furniture or B2B sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Results-driven and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
