Full job description

Transport coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operations of a company’s fleet of vehicles. Shall work closely with drivers and garages to ensure that vehicles are functioning properly and meeting the needs.

• Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Developing and maintaining schedules for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management.
• Responsible for repairing and or coordinating vehicles that require repairs/service
• Forecasting vehicle requirements and make arrangement for the same
• Maintaining records of vehicles, location and drivers.
• Yearly inspections / renewals of Istimara and Insurance
• Understanding of procurements process like CS/PO/GRN etc.
• Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years’ experience preferably with FM company
• Available in Doha on transferable visa with NOC
