Sales Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and traditional markets in Dubai.
✅ Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and shelf management to maximize visibility and sales.
✅ Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
✅ Implement and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
✅ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
✅ Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure brand standards are maintained.
✅ Ensure compliance with store display guidelines and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in sales & merchandising within Abu Dhabi’s food market.
✔ Experience in both modern trade (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) and traditional trade (local groceries, convenience stores, etc.).
✔ Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
✔ Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
