Sales Executive (Kiosk/Shop)

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

· Actively promote and sell Moishi Japanese desserts to customers in all outlets.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication.

· Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge:

· Stay updated on the features and benefits of Moishi Japanese desserts.

· Conduct & attend training sessions for staff at outlets to enhance their product knowledge.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • – Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • – U .A.E. market knowledge & Experience is a plus.
