Job Description:

Responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals and selling optional services, answering and receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer questions and complaints, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with drivers for customer pick-ups.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Rental Sales Agent for our company. Maximum 1-2years of experience in UAE.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the rental location.
  • Understanding customer needs to recommend the best rental options
  • Answering customer inquiries about rental terms, policies, and pricing.
  • Providing information on cars and services such as insurance, upgrades, and accessories.
  • Processing reservations via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring the availability of requested car
  • Managing booking systems and confirming rental details, including pick-up and drop-off times.
  • Handling changes or cancellations to bookings according to company policy.
  • Completing rental agreements with customers, ensuring that terms, rental duration, and pricing are clearly outlined.
  • Explaining rental policies, including terms of use, insurance options etc.
  • Processing payments for rental services, ensuring correct billing and handling of any deposits or additional charges.
