We are seeking a Customer Service Officer with experience in handling Fixed Network complaints, including broadband, IPTV, landline, and fiber optic services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to Fixed Network services (Broadband, IPTV, Landline, Fiber GPON)
- Provide technical support and guide customers in resolving connectivity issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex network faults
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Ensure prompt follow-ups to keep customers updated on complaint resolutions
- Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience during all interactions
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, complaint handling, or technical support in a Fixed Network environment
- Strong knowledge of broadband, IPTV, landline, and fiber optic services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate customer concerns
