To support customer service department and team to achieve yearly departmental objectives meeting of exceeding customer expectations and creating a seamless, positive, and memorable experience across all channels.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting customer and resolving any issues that arise.Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and professionally.Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.Listen to customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a smooth and helpful interaction.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensureCoordinates feedback information with team members & customers.Process customer orders accurately in the system, including entry, modification, and tracking.Provide clear information required in a friendly and professional mannerCommunicate order status updates to customers and ensure timely processing.Ensure proper filing of all documents – such as Invoice DN LPOHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Skills requiredExcellent command of English language.Good experience in using personal computer and various software packages.Customer Service SkillsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Time Management and Organizational SkillsInterpersonal and Teamwork Skills
