Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties: – Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner – Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently – Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner – Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service – Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation – Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements: – Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred – Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus – Basic math skills for handling payments and making change – Familiarity with food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques – Experience with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is beneficial – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service – Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
