Full job description
The HR Manager / Officer– Emiratization will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of Emiratization initiatives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of Emirati talent across all levels of the organization. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, universities, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) to align nationalization efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Emiratization process, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and career development for Emirati employees.
- Partner with business leaders to align nationalization strategies with HR and company objectives.
- Ensure headcount budgets reflect Emiratization targets in coordination with the HR team.
- Act as a point of contact for Emirati employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Identify and coordinate training programs to support Emirati career growth.
- Serve as a liaison between Management and Emirati employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a supportive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with pension regulations, internal audit requirements, and Emiratization-related policies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for Management.
- Monitor and track Emiratization KPIs, ensuring alignment with approved targets.
- Facilitate communication and engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative workplace.
- Oversee performance evaluations and career progression plans for Emirati trainees.
Requirements:
- High school/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, training, or Emiratization initiatives. Fresh graduates may also apply.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
