Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Online Presence: Regularly track and analyze brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and other online platforms.
  • Engage with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Reputation Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance and protect the company’s online reputation.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other platforms to promote positive brand narratives and highlight customer success stories.
  • Review Management: Manage online reviews on platforms like Google, Instagram,Facebook and industry-specific sites, encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of ORM strategies, track sentiment, and generate reports for management.
  • Crisis Management: Develop crisis management protocols and strategies to address negative publicity and reviews effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and effective response strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with ORM tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the uniform industry is a plus.
