Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with billing-related matters.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure all records are updated.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and other payment documentation.
  • Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic accounting software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
