Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to our F&B products.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print).
- Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and achieve target objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovative ideas and initiatives.
- Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to inform marketing decisions.
- Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual presentation.
- Collaboration:

Qualifications:
