We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries, documenting financial transactions, and recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
- UAE VAT filling
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Accomplish results by performing duties and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- General math skills and data entry management proficiency
