Full job description

  • Greet guest with smiling face and enquire about their health.
  • Offer Menu according to the diet.
  • Serve water or beverage as per the requirement.
  • Provide information about menu items and take order. Confirm order to avoid errors.
  • Ensure order is prepared according to menu.
  • Quality and quantity of the order prior to serving to be ensured
  • Remove the left over once the guest has finished his/her meal.
  • Carry dish and flatware to the kitchen.
  • Do the clearance of Cheque with Cashier and update to supervisor.
  • Enquire about customers additional family members/friends and ensure satisfaction of each customer.
  • Upsell the products, to increase sales.
  • Responsible for delivering 3 meals and 2 snacks to Inpatient guest.
  • Fill up mini store on daily basis.
  • Provide complimentary items like fruits, flowers, newspaper, and other items as per the eligibility of the guests.
  • All rules and regulations of health department to adhere strictly.
  • Principles of safe food handling and service to be followed.
  • Assisting Kitchen team based on free schedule.
  • Serving refreshment to Doctor’s Clinic.
  • Setting up buffet for meetings/functions.
  • Prepare daily fruit basket as per order.
  • Daily Refilling of Vending machines
