Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand SymphonyAI’s footprint in the Middle East region.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients within the retail sector, focusing on tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, to understand their business challenges and present tailored AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization, with a strong focus on new business development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Bring

• Retail Experience: Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly with tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, and a strong understanding of their operational challenges and needs.
• New Business Hunter: Demonstrated ability and track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on growth and expansion.
• Regional Expertise: Understanding of the Middle East market dynamics and business culture, with existing connections and networks being a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
