We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Office Assistant to join our team. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to assist customers and manage office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide necessary support.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
  • Handle basic data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
