We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive for our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management within the jewelry sector, demonstrating strong leadership, sales expertise, and a passion for customer service.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry options.
• Achieve individual targets and goals by effectively promoting products.
• Educate customers on features, benefits and care of jewelry items.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all jewelry products including styles and current trends.
• Stay updated on inventory and new arrivals.
• Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to health & safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Languages known: Tagalog & English.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a jewelry store.
• Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
• Mandatory language: English, Tagalog, Hindi, Nepalese.
