DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
· Serves customers by helping them select products.
· Responds to customers’ questions.
· Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
· Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
· Provides outstanding customer service.
· Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing cash or other credit and debit cards.
· Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
· Ensure racks are fully stocked.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Understanding of the retail sales process
· Must have work experience in similar field
· Strong understanding of customer service
· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
· Basic math skills
· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
· Ability to perform in fast-paced.
· Arabic speaking is a add on
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
