As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for delivering five star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories during their dining experience!

This role will be associated with maintaining full knowledge of the menu and showcasing the ability to give detailed descriptions of the light snacks, Signature cocktails, Champagne cocktails and basic knowledge of wine. The successful candidate will have to ensure that drinks, cocktails and wine are presented according to standards set by the outlet, maintain bar stock levels at all time, ordering required wines and assist the manager during the stock take of the bar maintaining tight control at all times.

You will be responsible for serving a number of food and beverage orders and delivering these items within an expected time frame. You will be upselling food and beverage items, ensuring you anticipate the needs of the guests at all times and working closely with both the kitchen and service team to ensure a superior service is delivered. You will have the opportunity to cross train in the different food and beverage outlets across the Hotel in order to increase both your product knowledge and level of expertise as hospitality professional.
