SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As Retail Sales Executive for Northern Emirates, you will support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Area Sales Manager for Northern Emirates.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to assigned customers and geographical territories through regular visits, fostering strong relationships and gathering market insights.
  • Expand the customer base by analyzing market trends, engaging with potential clients, and responding promptly to inquiries and quotations to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Implement sales strategies and marketing activities in alignment with company policies to support business expansion, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain diligent follow-ups on collections to meet assigned targets, ensuring healthy company working capital conditions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships, deliver high-quality service to existing distributors, and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Conduct and continuously update area audits to assess market potential within the designated geographical area in collaboration with the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant work experience in Sales.
