Job Description:
JITHER Café in Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Full-Time Waiter / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, craft high-quality coffee beverages, and ensure a welcoming café atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation.
• Assist in managing stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other essentials.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a café or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends.
