Sales Manager – GCC
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across specified countries for all PCABU units, reporting directly to the Cluster Sales Manager. They will develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, optimize financial performance, and support PA objectives. Additionally, they will oversee the performance of agents and distributors, ensuring success in Nexans markets. The role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, a clear vision for sales development, and a commitment to fostering a customer-focused culture while upholding legal compliance, internal policies, and Nexans’ values.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Accounting.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word and Excel.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and sound judgment
