Job Description: As a Tele-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Present and promote products/services effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
