We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our vape shop in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be from India or the Philippines and have prior experience working in a vape shop. This role requires someone knowledgeable about vaping products, shisha, and customer engagement, with a flair for social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide exceptional service, and assist them in selecting the right vaping and shisha products based on their needs.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of vaping devices, e-liquids, shisha products, and accessories to answer customer queries confidently.

Sales Transactions: Handle transactions efficiently using the till (cash register), including processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.

Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.

Social Media Support: Collaborate with the social media manager by creating short video content for reels to promote the shop and its products.

Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Upselling & Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing promotions or new arrivals to maximize sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Prior experience working in a vape shop or retail environment is essential.

Strong knowledge of vaping devices, e-liquids, and shisha products is required.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to assist with social media under social media manager.

Ability to operate a till and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for customer service.

Willingness to learn about new products and trends in the vaping industry.
